Hollywood knows it best! TV shows about dysfunctional families struggling with every day life just work! And what viewers want, viewers get. One of America's favorite families are about the come back, the Bluths. Yes people, Arrested Development is finally coming back on our TVs.
Arrested Development, to all you folks that haven't seen it yet, tell the story of the Bluth family. After the father, George Bluth gets imprisoned for some "tricky" businesses, it is up to his son, Michael to carry on and take the business. However he also takes on the entire family which make his life unbearable.
The TV show aired for 3 years on Fox, from 2003 until 2006, when it was canceled due to low ratings. Despite the bad ratings, the sitcom was greatly accepted by the critics. It won 6 Emmy Awards, 3 Television Critics Association Awards, 1 Golden Globe and many more for the 3 years of its airing. It was listed among the top 100 best TV shows of all time according to the Time magazine. Many fans were devastated upon hearing that the show was canceled.
Now, almost 7 years later, the come back is planned to be bigger than ever. Netflix have taken the show under their wing and are planning to air 15 episodes on May 26. Every episode will last 30 minutes and all 15 episodes will become available on that particular day. It looks like season 4 is on its way.
