LG Reveal The Latest G-series Smartphone – The GX

Today in Korea, LG launched the latest successor of the G series – the LG GX smartphone. This handset bears close resemblance to the G Pro edition, but GX's specs are improved and new features have been added.
The LG GX packs a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, giving you a huge screen to enjoy games or movies. Photography can be managed with the 13 megapixel camera, and storage capacity is 32 GB. The GX is powered by Snapdragon 600 processor with 2GB of RAM, and it runs Android Jelly Bean.
The large-screened GX includes some features, such as the "smart day" feature which shows more information on the lock screen, "media time" feature which gives you access to media instantly and directly from the lock screen, as well as a navigation system that is voice-activated for in-car use. LG GX can also link with your LG TV at home, showing calls, text messages and other information on the TV screen. The GX also features the "knock on", which allows you to double tap the phone's screen to awaken it from sleep.
LG's GX will be available in Korea only for the time being. The smartphone's price and its availability in other countries is not made public yet.
