New Apple Street View in The Horizon

Apple published a patent for a "3D Position Tracking for Panoramic Imagery Navigation" application. In real world terms – Street View. On April 4, 2013, the US Patent and Trademark Office published the whole description of the system that pretty much looks and works like Google's Street View.
But what makes Apple's Street View different? Unlike Google's application that makes users use their fingers to tap on the direction of their choosing, Apple's Street View will take the user to a certain location virtually. You can then physically move your mobile device up, down, left or right to maneuver around certain places or locations. The new technology will allow people to enter a building. Since we know Apple loves adding little usability tricks – Apple Street View will let you join two devices (iPhone, iPad) side-by-side for a larger panoramic view, or top-to-bottom of another for a larger portrait view.
This new super cool navigation system looks like a redemption on Apple's side for the fiasco regarding the Apple Maps application in 2012.
