Samsung Confirm Release Of SmartWatch In September

Samsung's Executive Vice-President of Mobile, Lee Young-hee, told the Korean Times that the Samsung's smartwatch called the Samsung Galaxy Gear will be presented to the public on September 4 in Berlin. The new smartwatch will be powered by Android and it will also include Samsung's very popular flexible display technology.
According to Young-hee, the Galaxy Gear will improve users' smartphone experience, functioning more like an accessory than a separate gadget. This model is unable to make phone calls. The company had been working on a concept for a wearable device since Apple announced their interest in the product.
On September 4, Samsung will also announce the new Galaxy Note 3. The new smartphone/tablet will announce Samsung's directions in the phablet market. According to rumors, the Note 3 will be equipped with a Snapdragon 800 processor, 2.3 GHz speed, 3GB of RAM and a 5.7 -inch display. September will definitely be an interesting month in terms of new gadgets, especially with Apple and their long awaited new iPhone.
